Evening/Saturday Receptionist/Delivery Coordinator

Stoney Trail Mazda is currently seeking an Evening/Saturday Receptionist/Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team.

Position Summary (duties include but are not limited to):

  • Verify vehicle information, add-ons and accessories and detail quality before delivery of vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Obtain customer testimonies through camera and customer experiences through feedback form.
  • Greet all customer as they walk through the door of dealership and build rapport.
  • Maintain professional appearance and an organized/clean work environment.
  • Prepare deal folders and maintain brochures/other materials.
  • Complete other assignments and job duties as required.


  • Valid Alberta Driver's License and clean abstract
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to work Monday Thursday 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Saturdays.
